The Oven Pizzeria
We are an independent family business. Our pizza is made in the Neapolitan artisan way by our professional Pizzaioli, with dough that is raised for 36-40 hours.
The pizzas are baked in our wood-fired oven at temperatures of 400-500 degrees centigrade for no more than 90 seconds, giving a unique crust and flavour. At the oven the ingredients we use are a combination of fresh local produce and excellent Italian imported foods, such as the renowned san marzano tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella.
