We continue to produce organic pork, lamb and beef off Eastbrook Farm here, combine it with organic veggies from Westmill, our own organic milk via Berkeley Farm, mozzarella from Claudio on the farm, eggs from Sophie’s chicks and chicks themselves from organic Otter Valley in N Devon; ice creams from the mad Mr Scheckter at Laverstoke with his flatulent buffaloes; spices etc. from the fair-trade, North Korea era Essential Co-op.
