Established by Andrew Firetto in 1982 to fulfill his father Giuseppe’s dream of a genuine Sicilian resturant in his adopted town of Bristol. Andrew was trained in classical french cooking, but then created original dishes based on the cooking of Sicily and new Italian cooking.

At Don Giovanni’s we source our foods very carefully to find only the freshest produce, furthermore we will never knowingly use produce that has been genetically modified. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform the waiting staff.
